But be direct and open, I think beggars are dirty. They cause bad feeling when they approaching me or touching me. I am ok to give them 50 cents or 1 CNY, but I don't like they touching me in so crowded metro (and also other public area likewise). As for newspaper seller, do you mean the the sellers in the train, or the ones on the platform? I think newspaper seller on platform, with a fixed shelf, are acceptable, desirable and demanded. I'd love to buy a mag or newspaper on platform for 10 min reading on the train. |
