1. good to know your Chinese is decent. congratulations! 2. even if you really meet impatient Chinese, to yell at entire group of Chinese english learners is inapproriate. 3. as adult, you should be able to guard yourself of being taken advantage of, an example could be to put a sign on yourself saying you speak French and you are from Quebec. 4. for anyone learning a second language, it couldn't be more natural to try to talk to native speakers of that language to seek improvement. my non-chinese friends learning Chinese are doing this to me all the time.
