| more metro lines means more convenient traffic for common people..esp. those who dont hv a car or other traffic tools as a replacement. It's very important in Shanghai, the No.1 metropolis in China. Metro is more important than a car sometimes. :-) Since you've got a car, it's not that urgent for you. However, I do understand that a car can help a lot within short distance. Metro is necessary for longer commute. Look at Metro Line 1, it's so crowded to the extent that I worry more accidents will keep happening! |
