| There is a fundamental mind set difference between China and other foreign markets on services: in China, for internal control purpose (this is an accounting term, to avoid stealing or other problems), they ask customers to serve their systems; whereas in the west, the systems are to serve customers, and Management have to find other means to prevent stealing.
