I'm staying in Shanghai right now and I tried to access the internet by using the dial-up method. I used 8163, China Telecom. But somehow it didn"t work. It sounded like the line was bussy. Do I have to dial any other numbers than 8163, for example a city code or so? Regards, Sabrina |
