| This site helped a ton. I just went in and got my contacts, and i am wearing them now. In preperation i touched the whites of my eyes the night before. Then an hour before i went in for the appmtment I took .5mg of ativan and some ibeprofan then i calmed myself and listened to music for a while. Then i went in and did it. |
