| a really easy way of taking out soft contact lenses is to pull down your bottom eyelid, take the side of your index finger and pull the lens down about three times. this will make sure that even if you blink the contact will not go back onto your cornea. once the contact is at the bottom of your eye just pinch it between your thumb and index finger. if you do it this way you have a smaller risk of really hurting your eye |
