| Microsoft said they are upgrading their Hotmail system. In the meantime, Some user may have problem to log on to the hotmail account. I called Microsoft hot line 800-810-7722 in China. It is not anything about the Chinese govement block it. Please don't use the colour glass to look this. Any complain, Call Microsoft first. |
