| I can tell anybody that iPowerweb's technical support is horrible. There are not words I and find to describe my personal degree of dissatisfaction with iPowerweb. I have a dedicated server that malfunctioned on Sunday. My site has been down for almost 48 hours. All tech support can ever say is that they have sent a ticket to their 'SBC' group and they will get to it as fast as they can. 2 days and I don't even know if my data is still there. Absolutely unbelievable. If you have any kind of web site that cannot be offline for days awaiting support DO NOT use iPowerweb. Period. |
