| i think it's reality that there is no exam can 100% exactly measure a given skillset. likewise, i believe there must be no metrics can 100% exactly measure the quailty of code, document, or personal performance. //shrug anyway, GRE and TOEFL is one of the best english exam in my opinion: fair, acceptable, repeatable. although they are not perfect, but better than nothing. |
