| i download ActivePerl-5.8.8.817-MSWin32-x86_64-257965.zip and i install it. but the problem i cannt install any modules using ppm. from the cmd prompt when type ppm it doesnt show anythig and when type ppm3-bin --shows that ppm prompt but i cant install any modules there. i have internet connection. it shows some error message : connection error. why? |
