| Does anyone have updated information on ADSL/Cable prices in Shanghai? How about a run-through on how to set up an account with (for example) China Telecom? I would love to find this all out, as I will be moving in to a new apt (Newly renovated, with "ethernet wires hanging out of the wall + phone jack next to it" situation) next week.
