| Sydney Opera House, Australia, built 1957 to 1973, a opera house, of tile-clad concrete ( in the first and 2nd photo ) and precast concrete, in a temperate, urban waterfront area, in Expressionist Modern style. 33 years after completion the opera house is still attract tourist ( who doesn't go there for the performance at all ). Is it worth all the difficultlity and cost ? Shanghai also have a beautiful opera house ! |
