| To Rick, Eastern Europeans (from poor and unedevloped countries) are favoured more than Japanese guys (from a rich Asian country) so it should be obvious that money is not the only factor involved. However, I do agree with your point of view on "Branding". It's like stereotyping all western people to be English-speaking and we all know that's not the case. Also, your (socilaist) belief that having a strong military equates to being strong and developed as a nation scares me. That sounds so barbaric and violent. China has a huge military, and I have no doubt about China's military power. North Korea also has a pretty tough military..and so does Russia but these countries are still poor and undeleveoped. Military develoment in East Europe doesn't make them any richer or better, just poorer and more undeveloped (with all those wars). China's advancements are a result of its economic booms, infrastructural and social developments, not military. No way. Dodo :) |
