| i just wanted to add-i didnt get to read the whole blog- that any allegations of discrimination among darker skinned individuals in china and asian countries in general are absolutley true. as a mixed race asian i know this first hand- there really is no other reason to ask for a picture. moreover you can only truly experience from the vantagepoint of the colored individual; the world a white person sees is completely different. the world would do their collective selves a favor if they would simply acknowledge this rather than obscure the issue with pointless research. the only thing that i could never figure out is with the japanese in particular. the bombing of the japanese by americans - the only time in history that atomic weapons have been used to eradicate a people off the face of the earth- only seemed to make them think white is right even more. |
