| I hear ya, man... iPowerweb has been a disaster for me. I check almost every other day to see if my site is up or not. It's often down. When I contact them, the support is often rude and not knowledgable of the server's status. Often one support person will say one thing while another says something completely different later... it's very maddening. The online chat support is even worse. I'm getting rid of iPowerweb ASAP and going to try and find another web host that actaully cares at least a little bit about their customers. Anyone who uses iPowerweb will eventually be dissapointed one way or another. They have wasted so much of my time with lengthy hold times that the money I could have made in the meantime could have been spent on a dedicated server with a quality company! They are a SCAM. iPowerweb might go out of business too... then you'll suddenly have your site go dark and I seriously doubt they'll give any refunds or assist you in any way. They seem to actaully resent their own customers. NO MORE, iPowerweb... I am done getting scammed by YOU. I would join a class-action lawsuit against them in a heartbeat. |
