What are the average prices of clothes since i am used to a tropical country and no winter clothes are available, I might as well buy there. Regarding climate/weather what month is the rainy season and how long? Does it get flooded on streets? and what's the hottest temperature during summer? Are there any daily english language newspaper? What about TV programs, are there english shows?. Is cable available? Are english movies shown in english language?
