| JC: There are porters at the train stations of both cities that will help you with your luggage for a couple of US$, some even have golf carts that you can ride along with. They usually wear red caps or red vests and can be found near the special waiting lounge for Z trains passengers. Good to know about your 2 one-way UAL tickets, I'm in SF too.
