| Greetings, I am from North America. I've been working in Seoul and Tokyo for many years. Hence, I am generally knowledgeble about Asian customs. Furthermore, I have recently traveled to China a couple times for 10 to 14 days vacations in Beijing and Shanghai. This has added to my knowledge of Chinese culture. At this time, it is my good fortune to be the recipient of a job offer in Shanghai. The work begins in mid-September and lasts at least a few months thereafter. Hence, I am currently seeking housing comensurate to this time frame. I can offer 1000 to 2000 Chinese Yuan per month for rent and utilities. I am not interested in any other ansulory add-ons or additions to my living quarters as I will rarely be at home. The reason being I must work at least six days a week and will regularly comute to distant locations in and around Shanghai on a daily basis. So, I don't really need internet access, cable TV, ect. I have lived in Asia such a long time, I really find those type of things to be troublesome, unreliable, and just a plain repetative bore for the most part.
