Or is my name so nice you decided to use mine instead, heehee. *:D Anyway, I too, understand your comments on Myanmar, although my stand is the same as AussiePB's on this one. As for how motivated my government is in helping to restrain the Myanmar military government, I think the answer is just too obvious for all to see. Yes, some of us question our pledge which goes like this, "We, the citizens of Singapore, pledge ourselves as one united people, regardless of race, language or religion, to build a democratic society, based on justice and equality, so as to achieve happiness, prosperity and progress for our nation." Btw, I hope I don't get into trouble for saying so much. Perhaps there is no climate of fear. Maybe I'm just paranoid... sigh. |
