| Hi Michael, Thank you for your reply. I understand that cost of living is relative. But there are certain items that everyone needs no matter if he is local or an expat. In your opinion can I afford to lease a car, rent a decent apartment and live a comfortable life in the salary that I have been offered? The previously mentioned salary includes Bonus which woud not be paid monthly. After tax I will be getting something around CNY 30K a month. Is that good enough? Ammar |
