| I agree, this has to do with what you're used to. In the northeast (of either China or the US) this would not slow people down at all, but in Shanghai (or Washington or Atlanta) everything comes to a halt. But to close PVG for this kind of snow is absurd, it must mean they simply have no snow equipment at all. ddjiii |
