| I am not sure that I follow. One thing is clear in the United States and that is that it usually takes a lot of money to go to many colleges/universities, not just to Harvard. An individual student normally needs a lot of financial help from his parents ('family'). As for health care and health insurance in the US, the cost of it has become prohibitive for millions of working Americans. |
