| Hi Maria, it sounds as if system restore has decided to stop working for you - this happens to the best of us, about the only way that you can fix this problem is by using the Vista disc that was provided (boot up from the DVD, repair option and then system restore) but the chances are that somthings gone onto your PC and so stopped System restore thus if the restore doesen't work from the disc then I would recomend to start a fresh - save out what you want to keep, boot up from the disc and then re-install Vista |
