| Hi all, Nice blog! Im considering moving to Shanghai. Im in discussions with an international company that is based in Shanghai. During my discussions the issue of "what package" do I want came up. I work in telecommunications R&D and have a recently finished a phd. Can anyone suggest what is an acceptable package to ask for in Shanghai?
