| Hi, Jianshuo,
I have just visited Tokyo in September... One of the high light of my trip is visiting Nikko, a place that is 1-2 hours by train from Asakusa (shalow grass in chinese charactor). It is famous for a world heritage listed temples, a beautiful lake which should be gorgers with colorful trees now in auturn, a famous river (gost anger river in chinese charactor), as well as hot springs... I stayed in Annex Turtle Hostel which is right next to the river, cost about 6000 yen a night. You only need to stay there one night though. I travel alone in Japan because I can speak a bit of the language....the Japanese are not very good with spoken English.. Let me know if you need more information. oh, the cheapest food you can get is to get a rice set box (bian dang) in convenient stores. It cost about 400-500 yen for a meal. And they heat it up for you. |
