Rent an Apartment in Shanghai Looking for a flatmate to share a nice modern flat fully furnished with cable TV, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, washing machine and the Internet. There are 3 big bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a living room and a dining room (around 130 m²). The rent is 1750 RMB per month for each one of us without taking into account charges (water, electricity, gas and the Internet) + 650 RMB only the first month to pay the agency fees. Rent an Apartment in Shanghai Hi, Would you like to share an apartment with two Chinese nice girls together? I’m working in a trading company in Chang ning district after graduate. Now I’ve rent a house which is on the Tian Shan Road nearby Gu Bei Road, about 5 minutes from subway#2. It’s very convenient to Hong Qiao Developed district. Now,the main bed-room is for urgently rent. Frankly speaking, it’s the particular old-style building, but safe as living within many native old people. And it also looks quite nice with full furniture and internet connection. the room cost 1100 rmb per month. It’s very cheap to live in such a good room.
