5 Install Perl on Windows XP

I am very much to learn and use PERL.But when I tried to install in my WinXP system it displayed a message saying that its not a valid win32 application. What should I do? Please help me !!!

every time i go into hotmail or msn messenger spaces, it says JavaSript required to sign in. what does this mean and how can i fix it??

1 MovableType Successfully Installed on Windows XP

When I try and configure the .cgi extension to be read by perl. I click the configuration button and nothing happens? Does anyone have any clue what's going on?
