Living Cost in Shanghai Can you please tell me how much laptops cost in Shanghai? I only need like a Pentium 3 Laptop as I plan to mostly use it for the internet? The problem is that in the US, I need to buy Chinese Windows to have full Chinese compatiability and was thinking that it might be cheaper and less work to buy everything loaded up in Shanghai.
