"The Right to Refuse Service to Anyone" I recently got into a conversation about this subject. I am of the mind that yes a private business does have the right to refuse service in certain instances. I got really extreme with myillustration: hypothetically I own a business, I have a daughter, she is raped, rapist gets off, do I have to serve him if he shows up? Do I have to serve his family that supports his claim of innocense? Granted, I know you cannot and should not discriminate based on race, sex, sexual orientation, and anything that violates civil liberties. But, if you offend me or treat my family like crap, do I have to serve you? I think not. |

Shutdown DefeatMessenger And FightPopups Spam I just wanted to say thank you. I have four computers, so I spend a lot of time online. I agree that these ads are extortion and blackmail. I came to your website 3 days ago and tried your fix on all of my computers. To this point (3 days and counting) I have not recieved a single one of these "new" form of popups on any of my computers.
