Where to Study Chinese, Beijing or Shanghai? Hey guys, Its great everyone is showing so much interest in moving to China for chinese language learning and the possibility to work there. I was in China during the summer of 2004 for 3 months in Guangzhou. I enjoyed it very much, I actually loved it and miss it. I never felt afraid, people were very friend and nightlife was very good and not very pricey perfect actually. This year after I graduate from my undergraduate studies in the UK I plan on moving to China for Chinese language learning and to eventually work and do business in China. I have never been to Shanghai. I would like to get advise as to which city it would be better for me to move to. Would Shanghai only be better if I want to go into the Finance sector? Cause Guangzhou seems to have everything for trading and manufacturer sector. I would like advise on this from someone with experience. Could someone tell me why it would be more advantageous for me to move to Shanghai instead of Guangzhou? |
