Wang Yang Lee (ICBC) May be Fraund i just won US$500,000.00 form Toyota Lottery Last January 29, 2007. This was announced to me by Dr. Tony Cheung, Lotto Coordinator of the said lottery. I called him and told me to fill up the form he sent me. The next day, another email was sent to me, attached is a Winner Guarantee Form for US$500,000.00. I was told to contact icbc..copm.cn and email Mr. Clement Wong, of the T.T. Section of the ICBC Banbk, in China. I called Mr. Clement Wong and told me to send him the details. (?) I asked him what details, he hanged the phone. I wrote them a letter asking the to send me on how to go about the details of fund transfer of my winning in my country.
