Hard to Buy a House in Shanghai I am from the U.S. and am interested in investing in an apartment in Shanghai. Can anyone give me any information about this process. MovableType Successfully Installed on Windows XP I tried the configuration for iis/smtp. However when I try to send notifications, I get the following error: Error sending mail (Sending mail via SMTP requires that your server have Mail::Sendmail installed: ); try another MailTransfer setting?
