1 Is the Real Estate Cooling Down?

No bubble in Shanghai's Real Estate Market, the Real Estate will continue to boom for at least another 3 more years. Shanghai's Real Estate market is only in it's teenage years, as well as China's economy. I think Shanghai's Real Estate market is parallel to China's economy.
