5 "The Right to Refuse Service to Anyone"

democracy and freedoms
words always used by governaments to impose their own tailor made of concept of imposed power.

now the label clearly state " 'WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SERVE ANYONE " fair if used for troublemaker or for who may ruin my business income, but if i advocate the concept of liberty, it even mean, i dont like you because simply i dont like you so i dotn serve you, please leave my premises or i call the police, then u can sue me, but with a good lawyer i will even win money back for the time u make spend engaging a lawyer... at coming to court..

i find it wrong to expose and allow business to show it, as allow the manager a full arbitrary concept of who shall be served according to their preferences that can be racist, politcal, of prejudice, unfair, undemocratic, based on religion, cult etc....
the only thing i have to do is facing a court is to say the guest who i refused to serve on that moment was disrupting my business, therefore i refused to serve him/her, that is my motiv, judges/courts can not say i am wrong, even if by reality i did because it was muslim or black or asian o lesbian or gay etc..

the similar arbitrary concept which US gov so call themselves Freedom defenfer... the same arbitrary concept that make the majority of the world look at USA no more as concept to copy but as an aggressive and oppressing power... and this become more evident credo day after day from asia to africa, east europe to the mediterranean... middle east to south america...
et caraibbeans

cheers

4 New Rules to Push Down House Price

I Think that we still very far to bring to reality the over over over priced property market in the big cities such SH, BJ, GZ etc...

a normal apt brand new, price not less of 12k per sqmt in SH, cost not over 4ksqmt ( if the developer decide to be honest on steel and cement, plumbing and safety concept, which are very rare, that why ShiMao sell over 17k per sqmt, because if they bulid them properly cost 4.5sqmt)...

today has been approved the rule to forbid any further sale of land for villa or town house... to reduce prices. Well, we all laugh when we red it. As Villa Owner i m very happy as before i can sell 24k per sqmt in PD, from tomorrow i place it on auction starting from 30k.... and seel to who pays more... sinee the new rule just increased my value

no there is no serious concept to bring property market price to reality... and as seen in other Asian country when the ball of soap will blow.... aouch.... several will cry.. several will become very poor within seconds...

sad as if really something serious is properly implemented it will not make any major damage...

Let watch people when the property market 1 day to another will be forced to down to reality... it will be a tragic comic thing..

Idea ..since who really make hell of profit are the developers (average over 200% of the investiment), why dont tax them over 50% and develop such money to clean water treatment plants, green energy source... etc to make city more humans and less gray... ?

cheer

3 Relocating to Shanghai

I may say in my yrs in China i found Shanghai to be a special part of China, what often we say Shanghai doesnt seem China...
or its a different China.

Shanghainese, are particular, their language is amazing, and i smile when they called any1 from outside shanghai XIAO NIN, as well dont forget that they used to call the Pudong people Xiao Nin too... :-) i may say that Shanghainese, are much more open mind to developement that people who come from other parts of China and some good freind non Shanghainese who live here from the last 12 yrs agree on this point. North people unfortunatly got more "square" mind....

the 1500rmb x month nice apt, according to my knowledge, u may get just a room in this shared apt or a very low budget solution in the outskirt fo the metropolis...think already near Lipu bridge the rent of 120 sqmt apt in anew buldign is 3000/2500 per month... of course in the old HQ u still can find some studio a cheap price with low profile rennovation and old furniture..

as for the language... its not true... i m often with shanghainese around 30s and they all speak shanghainese, of course if a "xiao nin" (without offence) is with them, they being well educated.. switch to mandarin, but its just a matter of courtesy...

au revoir
