2 Cheap and Clean Motel in Shanghai - Motel168

Hi, We're planning to go in Shanghai this coming June. I have 5 other companions, most of them are officials. Can you guarantee that Motel 168 is real good as a budget hotel? Do they have heaters and hair dryers for each room. Would you know the weather in Shanghai these days? Thanks a lot for the information. I'm looking forward to hear from you soon...
