Jinjiang Inn at Pudong Airport - Part II I have just spent about two hours trying to make an internet booking with the hotel, but to not avail. In the end I just called the number and with their broken English, I was able to make the booking. It is not your fault these people are chinese. However thank you for your blog help to get a reasonable price hotel for half a night before my am flight out of the country and hopefully out of a splitting headache |

Jinjiang Inn at Pudong Airport - Part II I tried booking for the Jin Jiang hotel near the Pudong airport. I get all kind of Jin Jiang Inn except the one near the Pudong airport. I have also tried the Jin Jiang website in English but they keep pointing to all the other Jin Jiang Inn except the one at the airport. This hotel near the airport must be a myth. I can see it in the map (I think), but cannot see it on their web page and any other website for Shanghai hotels. There are 6 Jin Jiang Inn shown, and none of them is anywhee near the airport. So I am going to ask my driver to take me to this hotel (using the address given) and hopefully we find the hotel there. |

Faster Bullet Trains in China Hello Jian Shuo Thanks to your site I booked a Z train Wuxi to Beijing this holidays. I note that the ticket from Wuxi is 458 RMB which is quite cheap in comparison to the online booking of approx. $83 US from Shanghai/Beijing. I will purchase a return ticket on the D train, just to experience the difference. I am not sure if this train stops in Wuxi though. Are there any experienced travellers who can advise me. This will be our first time in Beijing, can you give me some pointers of what to do and where to stay for the 6 days? Thanks for your help and great site. |

Z Series Train in China Hello Mr Wang It looked like your site is the place to visit to get information. I want to go to Beijing on 1st October. I was impressed by the 2 birth sleeper train. Can you tell me how I can get a cabin without spending too much money getting it. I am an english teacher in Wuxi and would get to Shanghai to catch the Z train as this is the one recommended by your fellow travellers. I will be returning on the Saturday 6th Oct to arrive in Wuxi on Sunday any chance of getting a return ticket? Thank you for your help |
