My Google PageRank Increases to PR5 Good for you. Have been trying unsuccessfully to increase this site's PR to 5. I know back links is the only way to be but I find this very tedious and quality backlinks are very hard to get. I hope someone could give me advice on how to do this.. :( |

Where to Study Chinese, Beijing or Shanghai? The CLE is a very great teaching school. The atmosphere is very pleasant: nice environment with helpful and smiling staff. This is a very professional school with competitive teachers. I enjoyed studying Chinese at CLE. |

Pudong Starbucks is Nice Hi Wang Jian Shuo, I NEVER drink coffee at Starbucks, they're expensive and I hate their business practices. I'm currently a British-American living in Bangkok, Thailand. We have Starbucks EVERYWHERE - there are FOUR of them within less than a mile of my house!! And they're packed with Thais (god knows, how they afford the coffee there as the average Thai salary is less than $150 a month!) I specifically won't purchase anything at Starbucks though because of their business practices. In the US (and here in Thailand) they deliberately target areas where there are independently-owned coffee shops and then do everything they can to try to close them down. In Santa Monica, CA, where I used to live - Starbucks has recently bought out two smaller coffee companies and then closed down all their stores, to stop the competition. I'll walk a mile in Bangkok heat before I'll buy a latte at Starbucks. They're a socially-irresponsible company as far as I'm concerned! They're also expensive nd they rip-off local coffee growers. Liars, cheats and thieves, IMO. |

How to Tell if Someone Block You on MSN Messenger The best and easiest way to check who's blocked you is to open your msn, click on your name at the top, go to personal settings, then privacy. Then right click the contact in the allow list, and if they've blocked you, the delete option will be available. If they didn't block you, the delete option won't be available for them. This is the best way of doing a check on all your contacts to see who's blocked you. |

Reading/Writing Chinese in Windows XP Hi JS Thanks for sharing the above details information. To be able to read chinese text, I normally go View bar --> pointed at encoding, select either Chinese simplified (if it is China URL or email sent by friends from China) or select Chinese traditional (if its Taiwan URL or email sent by friends from ROC). Cheers! |

Dong Fang Ji Bai from KFC The food looks good but the name sound a little funny? anyway, Chinese in China/HK who run the business always seem to be more creative than SG..(Singapore). Hope to see SG's KFC team will cater chinese dishes in western style....perhaps yes or perhaps it will never happened. Thanks for the info. |

MSN.COM Offers 2G Storage? I made a failed attempt to sign-up for the new "@msn.com" email/.NET passport account, only I got as far as Installing the MSN Explorer to being utterly stumped on the whole Dial-Up Connection Portion of the Installation Process; utterly confusing and rather annoying. Then again it's 4:25AM ET and I can't think straight. Perhaps I'll give it one more shot, perhaps I need to read the Options more thoroughly. (hahha). Thanks for the tips though, Dude! I was searching for how to and where to even begin for hours on end, but with this handy-dandy site of yours, I was able to get a quick jump start before my eyes went bloodshed. Thanks, again! Best Regards, Michelle W. |
