Volunteer for Beijing Olympics this is china (i hate this when everytime other people say this to me)... they have over supply of manpower and to be specific : cheap-man-power. they dont care about the welfare. they only provide the most basic need like the 'working meal'. even when they only provide the basics, they already have 100k local students applicants and the number will grow day by day and you cant stop it. if want to become a volunteer... its either take it or leave it... thats the deal. mop |

7 Tips to Travel to China This Quarter FYI..... Taxi fair from PUDONG to City Center is not RMB150 anymore. Its gone up to RMB170 after they inrease the milage rate. Regarding the xie xie, zai jian and ni hao... i think some of us will pronouce 'Z' as in ZOO. Not Z as in 'Ch' and some of us pronouce 'X' as in Xylophone and not as in 'Sh' (hmmmm difficult to explain in words).... how about attach one or two .WAV file so that readers can download and hear how to pronouce the words correctly? just a suggestion. mop |

Real Ice in Shanghai Metro COLD air is heavy. i dont think it is fully functionable with the height of the blue bin. It is too high for the cold air to be spread around. they should put fan instead to let the cold air inside the blue bin to move around. 0.02cents. mop |
