Shanghai Airport City Terminal Hi JS, Thanks for the update on the terminal. You are always so prompt in replying your reader's questions and with more details than expected. Xie Xie to you! Although Shanghai is considered a modern and advanced city as compared to its counterparts but there is still so much room for improvement. Looking forward, I am glad to be here to witness on how Shanghai continues to evolve into a even better city. Good night, everyone! |

Suzhou Airport Hello JS, First, I must say a big THANK YOU to you. Because of your blog I find that my relocation to Shanghai has been so much easier. Now I've already settled in well in Shanghai and I must say I simply love this city. Without your interesting blogging style, I don't think I will spend so much time "researching" about shanghai before my move. Btw, I've a question. I noticed there is this Shanghai Airport Centre near Jinan Temple (just next building to JiuGuang shopping mall). May I know what is it for? My guess is that it allow passengers to have a quick check-in in town first and then take charter bus straight to Pudong or Hongqiao Airport right? Please enlighten me, JS. Thanks once again! |

City Life v.s. Village Life Reminds me of a saying, translated into English goes something like this... If you are rich, you will have relatives from near and far visiting you even when you live high up in the mountain. However, nobody cares about you if you are penniless living in the big city. Hmmm...so realistic...life can be so cruel at times. |

Getting U.S. Visa in China Hi, I know this is a totally different topic but I tried to find a dancing school (for ballroom dancing, Waltz...etc.) in Puxi, Shanghai through the internet but to no avail. Can you recommend? Thank you. |

To be a Good Man Hi JS, Oh no, I hope you do not think that all Singaporeans are like that. There are always black sheeps and they behave in a way that will disgrace their country. Anyway, no point in getting angry over such meaningless people. Remember : A second worth of anger, is a second worth of happiness deprive from you. So might as well be happy~~~ The motto that I live by to being a good person is "do undo others as you want others to do undo you" (I hope I got this right =P). Good night to you & Wendy. |

Cycling in Pudong hi, i have been reading your blog by sheer chance and have been reading it ever since. It's informative and makes me look forward to relocate to shanghai soon. However, it would be great if you could mention more about Puxi because the probability of me living there is much higher...though Pudong seems like a nicer place as described by you. I know this is not an information center but would love to have people living in Shanghai to tell us expats what is the real deal living in Puxi. So I sincerely hope that you can give us more insights about Puxi real soon!! Thx!!! |
