Broadband Internet Providers in Shanghai hi there, I am on China Telecom's 30 hour a month plan. I desperately need to upgrade to an unlimited plan, but my landlord refuses to do so. She says China Telecom will allow her to upgrade the plan, but it will not allow her to downgrade. Do you know if this is true? It doesn't sound right to me. |
