5 Shanghai Hotel Guide

regal shanghai east asia hotel is a cool hotel, room rates are not that expensive especially during national holidays. room rates go down as low as 450 rmb a night which is cheap for a 4 star hotel. hotel facilities are good, they have swimming pool, jacuzzi fitness center, and spa. plus, go to the top floor of the hotel, 12th floor, they call it regal club floor, you can have a spectacular view of shanghai stadium inside mood's bar. i don't mind staying in this hotel even it's quite far from people's square, transportation is convenient, outside the hotel is line 1 & 4. you can book hotels in shanghai thru www.ctrip.com, i have been a ctrip user since 2003.

3 Happy Birthday to Goudaner (3rd Year)

Hi Jian!!

I really loved your history with Goudaner! I have two Palio (basis of the 178 family) and i'm also very happy with the cars, both with 3 years and about 37.000 kms each.

Best regards, and take a look at our website: www.clubpalio.cl

2 Using Contact Lenses

Hell there, just thought i'd post a wee thank you to everybody that offered advice.
I went to get my eyes checked for contact lenses on Saturday morning and the optician had real trouble getting them in, took around 40 mins and 10 to get them out.

Yesterday i was to go and show them that i could put the contacts in and take them out myself. After reading the tips on here, i spent a few days touching my eye to get used to the sensation. Im glad to say it only took me 15 mins to get them in and 1 min to get them out.

The hardest thing i found after getting over the inital stage of touching my eye was the contact was sticking to my finger.

The girl in the shop really helped me so dont be afraid to ask for help if needed.
