Is the Real Estate Cooling Down? I am not that optimistic on Shanghai's Real Estate market. Simply compare people's average income and the real estate price, you will know that 80% of local residents cannot afford to buy the apartments in Shanghai. When the price is against the market rule and becoming unbelievable, i have to say it is a huge bubble. |
