I Found a Bug - in my Soup Huh!!!I found a worm in the salad!That really made me sick, especially taking into account it's my number one phobia since my childhood. This was North Korean restaurant in Parkson, Hongqiao, on the 5th floor. They even did not apologize!Moreover, they were angry we didn't give them tips!!!! |

Shanghai Photo Viewer Nice pictures!We too took some good pictures at Pudong, when we got the top of the Oriental Pearl.There is some open air spaces (like balcony) just before you go down from the top floor.My fiancee lean his hand out of the balcony and tried to take picture of the Oiental Pearl like from outside standing inside!!Enjoyable, we got picture like GoogleEarth shooted the landscape.:) Later, when we went outside of the Pearl, we decided to shoot the top once more, and this time, luckily, there was an airplane passing through the top!!!So, it was great!!!! |

Wendy's Wallet was Stolen Oh,this is really unpleasant!We've been stolen the photocamera just inside Ikea on Caoxi Lu several weeks ago!!!We (me and my fiancee), as foreigners, thought that these kinds of unpleasant things can happen with us, because everybody is so lovely and friendly here.Actually, we've been stolen a bag in Barcelona with almost all those things like Wendy did just before we coming here..So, robbery exists everywhere, those bad people are the same among countries!!!Just be careful!!! |

Passion for Life it's my first time to read your blogs but find that they are really interesting. i've come to shanghai for a few months only. i've been looking for some painting courses, especially chinese painting. however, the only thing i found from the internet is all the courses are examination-oriented (students have to pass some sort of examinations before they are eligible to take the art degree in university). it's my interest, so i dont want to take any examination. i believe there are many good teachers here in shanghai, but i just dont know the way to find them. can you please suggest any private tutor that teach chinese painting? thank you very much! |
